A good size for a cocker spaniel cage typically ranges from 30 to 36 inches in length, 21 to 24 inches in width, and 24 to 30 inches in height. This size allows enough room for the dog to stand, turn around, and lie down comfortably. It's important to choose a cage that provides a safe and secure environment while also being appropriate for the dog's age and size. Always ensure the cage is well-ventilated and has a comfortable bedding area.
Not much space
at least 36" for a female, and a 40" for a male. Go a size up if you want them to be able to move.
they vary depending on percentage as well as the parents colouring etc. Mine looks more like a cocker spaniel but smaller in size

A Cockapoo is a cross between two dog breeds - the English Cocker Spaniel and a Poodle or an American Cocker Spaniel and a Poodle. They can not be considered a pure blood since it is two different breeds, nor is it a mixed breed because there are only two. A Cockapoo would be considered a Hybrid.
From what i have learned.. #10 for face and a #7 on back, that's if you want a puppy cut and not show cut..
The largest cocker spaniel mix on record is not officially documented, as mixed breeds often lack standardized measurements. However, cocker spaniels themselves typically weigh between 20 to 30 pounds, and mixes can vary widely in size depending on the other breed involved. Some cocker spaniel mixes may exceed this range, especially if bred with larger breeds like retrievers or shepherds. Individual dogs may vary, so specific records for "largest" mixes are generally anecdotal.
Just after the turn of the 20th century, Alexander White of Spartanburg, South Carolina saw a small brown spaniel type dog wondering around after church service. The dog appeared to be a stray and he decided to take the dog home with him. He discovered that the dog had great hunting abilities. This stray had a wonderful bird sense. Alexander gave the dog to his hunting partner L. Whitaker Boykin. The dog was a male and he was given the name "Dumpy". The Boykin Spaniel breed has evolved from this one dog, with crosses to American Water Spaniels, Springer Spaniels, Pointers and Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. It is used as a hardy retriever of upland birds as well as water fowl. The Boykin Spaniel is popular in the Southern United States among bird hunters. Its state of origin is South Carolina USA and South Carolina has designated the Boykin Spaniel its official state dog. In July 2005 the Boykin Spaniel Club of Breeders Assoc. of America was named by AKC as the official parent club. The Boykin Spaniel was an AKC FSS (Foundation Stock Service) breed for many years. The BSCBAA submitted their paperwork to AKC to progress into the miscellaneous group and was approved on February 9th 2007 with the effective date of January 1st 2008. Breeders hope to move the breed from the AKC miscellaneous class to the sporting group sometime in the future.
The size of a cocker spaniel's stomach can vary depending on the individual dog's size and weight, but on average, it holds about 1 to 2 cups of food at a time. Cocker spaniels typically weigh between 20 to 30 pounds, which influences their stomach capacity. It's important to feed them according to their specific dietary needs and consult a veterinarian for proper portion sizes.
At birth, an English Cocker Spaniel typically weighs between 10 to 14 ounces (about 280 to 400 grams). However, individual weights may vary slightly depending on factors such as genetics and the size of the litter. As they grow, their weight will increase significantly as they transition to solid food and grow rapidly in the first few weeks of life.
A cocker spaniel's vulva appears as a small, slightly raised area located just below the tail, with a pink to reddish coloration. It may vary in size depending on the dog's age and whether she is in heat or has recently given birth. The vulva is typically surrounded by fur, and during estrus, it can become swollen and more pronounced. Regular grooming and health checks are important for maintaining the dog's hygiene and detecting any potential issues.
