The dog may be if physical pain if he is not eating. For instance, his stomach may hurt or there may be something wrong with his teeth. He may also be ill -- are there any other symptoms beside not eating (such as vomiting, bloody/watery poop, or acting very slow as if in pain? If he doesn't eat after a few days, take him to the vet immediately.
The dog may also just be picky. Take him to the vet even if you suspect this (just to be sure) and if he gets a clean bill of health, wait it out and see if he gets hungry enough to eat. If he doesn't, have him sample new foods or mix in a treat he really likes (e.g. my dog really likes Old Roy Jerky Strips and peanut butter.)

I am looking for the aisle where the dog food is located. The dog is eating the cat's food.
It was maybe not like the taste
If you mean by 'Doesn't like regular dog food' that it isn't eating it's food, I suggest you take him/her to the Vet. It could have something wrong with it's teeth to stop it eating.
Because they obviously don't like dry dog food
If your dog isn't eating food there are several possible reasons. The first is that your dog could be sick, many infections and more serious problems can affect how much a dog can eat, or if they can eat. The second and if your dog is eating some but does not seem to get sick this could be the reason, is that he/she might not like the food you are buying, animals, just like people can dislike foods.
