Take her to the Vet! She needs some ear drops and the vet will tell you how much to put in and when. Also, the 'black stuff' is part of it, just clean it out with a tissue or some swabs (don't shove it down the dog's ear though! You could cause some serious injury!)

If its the ear flap it is generally a hematoma. Which is pooling blood. It would need to be lanced open and drained, sometimes a tube is stitched in so it can continue to drain for a few days. It is caused by alot of shaking of the head or scratching the ear. Should be seen by a vet. If its inside the ear more it could be a very bad ear infection. Probably bitten by a spider or a tick. Call the vet.
