I've had a first hand experience with a broken toe nail. First of all, you should keep your toe dry, and try to remove any blood if blood is visible. I suggest to not walk around too much, for it applies pressure to your toe. Try to clip the broken portion of the nail slowly. Clip off as much as possible to prevent an ingrown toe nail. When you are done, put a band aid on it, and make sure that your broken toe nail can receive some air while having a band aid on it. Just wait patiently and you toe nail will slowly grow back. It should take a while for it to completely grow back (depending on how much of the toe nail is broken.) If you don't think you should do this, then go ask your doctor what to do. Your doctor may even remove it for you. I suggest that your should go ask your doctor if more than half of your toe nail is broken.
It might. It depends on how you got it. I have a bruise under my toenail from my friend who stepped on my foot with her high heels on. If this comes out of the blue, and it won't stop hurting, then you might have it. It's very rare. If you got this from something that hurt your toenail like I did, then It probably is not skin cancer.
A contusion is a "BRUISE". Sure, you can sue someone for anything but the real question is should you. Are you really suffering badly from your bruise?
Badly is an adverb. Bruised is the past tense and past participle of the verb (to bruise) and can be used as an adjective.
The toenail will grow back over time to a more functional usage.
suck it up the doctor cant do anything about it. Its just badly bruised. They cant do anything if its broken either but give pain killers
yes it is normal you must have brused it badly
No! Let the new toenail grow to replace it.
I am a nail tech.... from my experiences, a black dot can be one of two things. 1. a deep bruise (bruises can take a few months to grow all the way out) 2. a mold or fungal infection....which should be checked by a foot doctor.
Your big toe nail has a fungus infection. The second sounds like a bad bruise or gangrene. We are not equipped to give a diagnosis so see the doctor.
A black line under the toenail can be a sign of melanoma, a type of skin cancer. It is important to have it evaluated by a healthcare professional to determine the cause and receive appropriate treatment.
After 5 to 10 days, the bruise turns greenish or yellowish. ... All you have to do is apply cold to the bruise for half an hour to an hour at a time ... A bruise is getting more painful. Your bruise is swelling. You can't move a joint. ...
No, you should not put acrylic over toenail fungus. Acrylic nails can trap moisture and create a warm, damp environment that can worsen the fungal infection. It is important to seek medical treatment for toenail fungus, such as antifungal medication or laser therapy, to effectively treat the infection and prevent it from spreading. Consulting with a healthcare professional, such as a podiatrist, is recommended for proper diagnosis and treatment.
