This is pretty simple and funny because I was making my dog do the same thing the other day. It's called a tickle spot! It can differ on all dogs and some aren't even tickelish! :-D
Dogs may have areas that are more sensitive to touch, where they will react by squirming or wagging their tails, but the concept of a specific "tickle spot" like in humans is not well-documented in dogs. Each dog is different, and it's important to observe their individual responses to touch and interaction.

The best thing to do is to try to relax it with food. Or another way is to find its favorite spot. Begin scratching, I learned this with an experience with my dog, she was going crazy but i simply put her on my bed, (pushed her back down if she tried to get up) and scratched her fave spot.
They can be different colors, but mostly a tan-like color. Like a human that doesnt tan much. Also when there is a spot on the cat like a spot of black hair, like dogs it may be the same color as the hair orclose to it.
