Babies should be checked immediately after birth to make sure there are no dead babies or wet bedding. As long as your hands are clean and free of scents from lotion etc. it will be fine. You should not take them out of the nest and hold them until they are 3 or more weeks old for any reason other than checking on their immediate health and making sure bedding is dry.
Baby rabbits (called "leverets") are cared for by their mother until they are able to get by on their own.
It's better you DIDN'T touch the bunny, but taking the mother away from the baby by picking her up by the back of her head in one ha d and the back end in the other, might help.
Baby rabbits should be totally weaned from their mom and eating on their own by 8 weeks of age.
Baby rabbits are born hairless, blind, and completely helpless. They require their mother's care for at least 3-4 weeks before they are weaned and able to survive on their own. It is recommended to leave the baby rabbits undisturbed with their mother to ensure their best chances of survival.
Only if you ever touch the babies or offend the mother.
Baby rabbits can be separated from their mother at around 8 weeks of age, when they are weaned and able to eat solid food on their own.

Well, most baby birds respond immediately to even the lightest touch or vibration. To them, any signal means food.
baby rabbits are called kits
Are you asking if babies rabbits can die from getting their urine on them or are you asking if baby rabbits will die if they do not urinate?? Baby rabbits will die if they are in an unsanitary nest full of their urine (a wet nest) baby rabbits will also die if they are not stimulated to urinate which the mother does after she feed s them until they are old enough to go without her stimulation. That is why if you are bottle feeding you must stimulate the babies to get them to urinate everytime you feed them.
Baby rabbits are called kits.
I suggest you wait until they are hopping around.
