Look on the computer for a kitten that is in your area and is cheap (I like to use petfinder.com). Find out how much it would cost if you had to buy all the supplies and everything including the kittens cost. Once you've got all that figured out. Sit them down and say that you would be fully responsible for it and show them how much it would cost. To persuade them even more you can save up your own money for the kitten by finding jobs around your neighbor hood like babysitting and later if you get a babysitting job keep it and after you buy it you can help pay for the kitty litter and food later. (like you buy the litter and they buy the food visa versa) But remember if that doesn't work then just accept that you cant get a kitten. You may be able to get one later, when your older.
