Why can't dog speak?

Dogs DO speak, we just don't understand what they're trying to tell us... they speak with their body language. Dogs cannot speak English because their mouths and tounges are not formed for the English language. Why can't humans speak dog? Same reason.

strangely enough, with the right training some dogs can learn to speak a limited amount of words, but it will be a while before we can train them to speak in full sentences.

plus, the dogs probably dont know what they are saying

Dogs have a means to communicate, but do not have the brain development for learning and using spoken language.
