Look at the dogs diet and environment, supplement with real food as well as dog mixes for correct nourishment, fresh meat and vegetables. Also make sure the dog is getting plenty of water, oversleeping could be a sign of dehydration.
I'd be concerned the MOST about the potential for severe anemia. Puppies and kittens can easily get fleas from their moms. Fleas feed on the blood from the animal. Just one or a few fleas can deplete red blood cells, which carry hemoglobin, which is the structure that carries oxygen. When puppies and kittens have low blood red blood cells, it means they aren't getting enough oxygen molecules either. Anemia can make puppies and kittens sleepy, easily tired, disinterested in playing or doing much of anything.
You should take your pet to a vet, because anemia can kill the little ones. The smaller the animal (or the lowest body weight) has the most risk, but the effects of fleas can kill even pets that had been of normal body weight!
You can do some things at home, BUT the pet still needs seen by a Vet. The things you can do at home include:
A Note of caution: Fleas can feed off humans. Babies and young children are also highly at risk of becoming anemic. Whole houses can become so infested that fleas will "jump" on any warm body who comes into a room. Even the concrete in basements can conceal flea eggs in cracks, so ALL areas of the house must be treated.
** Remember: No internet Website can "diagnose" a pet. The best advice is to take your pet to the Vet for an exam.
Always make sure that your puppy feels comfortable... IDEAS 1. Let your puppy sleep with you to make him/her feel comfortable. 2. Keep petting your puppy and talk to him in a relaxing voice until he falls asleep.

Puppies, like humans, need a lot of sleep to grow and develop. It's normal for puppies to sleep a lot, especially when they are young. However, if you are concerned about your puppy's behavior, it's always a good idea to consult with a veterinarian to rule out any underlying health issues.
A newborn puppy will just eat and sleep for about a week or two until they open their eyes.
To help your puppy sleep better, establish a consistent bedtime routine, provide a comfortable sleeping area, ensure they get enough exercise during the day, and avoid feeding them right before bedtime. Consistency and patience are key in helping your puppy develop good sleep habits.
