The optic nerve detects black and white in your eye. It is responsible for transmitting visual information from the retina to the brain.
To identify the optic nerve in a dissection, locate the eyeball and trace the nerve posteriorly, towards the brain. The optic nerve is typically found at the back of the eyeball, exiting through the optic disc in the retina. It appears as a white, cylindrical structure that connects the eye to the brain.
The optic disc is the beginning of the optic nerve as all the light collecting nerves bundle together and leave the eye en route to the vision areas of the brain. The normal color of the disc is orangey-pink. If an optic nerve is inflamed as can be the case in multiple sclerosis; if there is poor blood supply to the optic nerve; if the eye is suffering from very far advanced glaucoma and other reasons, then the optic disc will be very pale to white in color.

Mild or early-stage glaucoma (defined as optic nerve abnormalities consistent with glaucoma but no visual field abnormalities on any white-on-white visual field test, or abnormalities present only on short-wavelength automated perimetry or frequency-doubling perimetry). Sanjeevan Netralaya’s Ayurvedic treatments works to improve the condition of the optic nerve by strengthening it. Strengthening the Optic Nerve leads to better vision further preventing the degeneration of the Optic Nerve as a result of Glaucoma. The treatment reduces pain in the eyes, blurriness, black spots as well as halos around lights. Sanjeevan Netralaya’s treatment is extremely effective when it comes to Glaucoma and prevents vision loss and blindness.
it became white
When light enters your eyes, it passes through the cornea, which helps focus the light. The light then moves through the lens, which further focuses it onto the retina at the back of the eye. The retina contains light-sensitive cells called photoreceptors that convert the light into electrical signals to be sent to the brain via the optic nerve for processing.
The white matter tract between the optic nerves and optic tracts is called the optic chiasm. It is located at the base of the brain and is where the optic nerves from each eye partially cross over to the opposite side of the brain. This crossing allows for visual information from both eyes to be integrated and processed in the brain.
because white and black became equals!
I saw it was black. But then, it became white.
Karla Martinez was the model in the 2013 Colgate Optic White commercial.
the nerve cell is the white cell and it is white but it doesnt care as much blood as the red blood cell does that's the difference. Also, the nerve cell is the white cell and it is white but the red blood carries blood. Wait, I think the nerve cell is the white cell is white. White Cell=Nerve Cell*white. Cell=Nerve/White =;)
