You can submit scores from any of the following assessments: ACT, SAT, THEA, COMPASS, ASSET, ACCUPLACER, TAAS, or TAKS. If you want to go on after junior college, for example to university, you could benefit from doing the SAT test and if you do the SAT test you need a score of at least 1017, and at least 500 in math! Hope this helps, and i hope we both do well in junior college this year!
If you caused the problem then you should fix it. If you can't without saying you did it, and you don't want to quit, sat that you did it because it might lower the consequence.
There's no hard and fast rule - some people respond well to one style of management and others to others. The best advice I can give is to suggest that you are flexible with your treatment of staff but rigid with your rules and values. Set a goal and work towards it and anyone who is not contributing what they need to needs to be sat down privately. Explain to this person what the goals are and explain what they need to do to play their part. If they continue to underachieve, get rid. The job (role) of a project manager is extremely challenging and thereby exciting. Depending on the organizational structure of your organization, you may be reporting to a functional manager, a program manager, a portfolio manager, or to some other manager or executive. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to work with your team and other relevant individuals and groups, such as program managers and portfolio managers, to bring all the pieces together and make the project happen i.e., to achieve the project objectives. To do this, you need a range of skills and capabilities. They are: 1. Communication 2. Negotiation 3. Problem Solving 4. Influencing 5. Leadership
The best strategy for not getting interrupted while you study or do any work is to set a timer on. There is literally no better way than that, it has always helped me stay focused on a task especially a POMODORO Timer. A Pomodoro timer is basically a timer where you study or work for 25 minutes and then take a 5 minute break, which helps you concentrate better and do tasks easily, a short break is always needed so never forget to take short breaks by listening to a song you like or do some stretching. Personally, i turn on Pomodoro timers on Youtube because they're aesthatically pleasing and they give off a really chill vibe. I play timers with chill sounds or ambient sounds because they help me focus better, i will give you my suggestions if you'd care to see. Here is a channel i use most because of their aesthetic videos : Search up on Youtube : STUDYCHRONO or copy this and you'll find their videos also subscribe to their channel and comment if you'd like to see more and suggest any sound that you would like because they respond. Happy studying ! lots of love
Nobody likes having to attend meetings. Usually, it's just the same old stuff. If you want to get them involved, have a meeting to discuss light topics. Like, a holiday party or Casual Fridays. Even if you plan to discuss customer service, give them something else to talk about or, consider having fewer meetings. People don't like to speak up during meetings. What can they say? "Oh, Mr. Brown that's an excellent idea." That makes them look like they are brown-nosing the boss. Other employees might not approve of that. Employees are very much aware of peer-pressure. No one wants to stand out in a crowd. ___________________ Stop scheduling meetings. I know it sounds odd, but if the meetings are not productive and the staff clearly hate them, why bother? I worked with one firm whose meetings I didn't attend, because they were so pointless and boring. Partners spoke to me about this and I asked them to send me an agenda so I could work from there. Never happened, and I enjoyed croissants and coffee while the other professional staff sat staring into space, wanting to die. A firm I once worked with decided to allow staff to finish work half an hour early on a Friday. The catch was, they couldn't leave the premises: they could keep working till knock-off time, or shut down and come to the boardroom, to take their pick of half an hours' worth of good cheeses, crackers, champagne, and anything else they cared to enjoy. Beer and spirits were available, and nobody took notes of who had what. It was brilliant: a good and friendly time, and invariably involved discussion of the week's work. A new practice manager, in the absence of the senior partner and furious at the notion juniors were permitted to enter the boardroom, tried to curtail the end-of-week happy hour; the fury of the partner on his return was incandescent, and we all went back to the boardroom of a Friday. It worked. Try it; you just need to be careful it doesn't get out of hand...a firm lights-out time of, say, six pm, works well.
