The Neo Human Relation Approach is the study of the organizational behavior of people in groups, mainly in a workplace setting. This movement was credited to two people, Abraham Maslow (1908 _ 1970) along with Frederick Herzberg (1923-). But the original studies, called the Hawthorne effect, began in the1930s, at the Western Electric's factory in Hawthorne, Chicago, which studied the effects of monetary rewards on employee satisfaction and productivity.
