It really depends on the market/region that you work in. An Avg Store Manager makes approx $50k-$60k in base salary plus comission (varies on size, sales & traffic of the store). I know of Verizon Store Managers that are making over $130k per year all inclusive. These guys MAKE BANK!

Whom should you ask about Verizon Wireless programs?

This would depend on what type of question you have. Most times a Verizon Wireless Customer Representative will be able to answer basic questions about the Verizon Wireless programs. But do keep in mind that when you ask someone from Verizon Wireless about their services, their goal is to sell you something, so they may tell you only the good points. You may find it useful to talk to other providers as well (Sprint, AT&T, etc) and then compare what they offer. That way, you will have the facts to make a good decision, and if you choose Verizon Wireless, it will be because out of all the choices, this one was best for you.
