Most management jobs involve a large amount of interaction with people. Probably the single most would be a HR Manager as their role is about people, not just that people are involved in performing of the function they manage.

At the opposite end of the scale there are management jobs which do not involve the management of people at all, but rather technology or areas. A manager responsible for an area of a wildlife reserve could spend very little time with other humans. A manager of a server or a number of servers could equally spend most of their time not with other humans, but rather in a data centre managing computers.

Most people (myself included) prefer a mix of the two. People are fun, but equally sometimes they can be annoying. Most management jobs include management of projects and budgets not just the management of the team and the team's function.
