Statistical Process Control (SPC)Statistical Process Control (SPC) is part of the enterprise wide process and product data management to provide quality control manufacturing which allows to implement Six Sigmaconcepts in the production facility. Modern IT concepts enrich this classical discipline by new features. Our IT solution offers:

· Check of your test data for various out-of-range-violations, trends etc. (a total of 27 rules)

· When an out-of-range violation is detected a notification can be send, e.g. to a pager or handy or via email.

· When the process doesn?t proceed regularly a chart can be displayed to the operator, instantaneously. Additional documents can be offered to optimally support the removal of the failure at the equipment.

· Out-of-range-violations and the measures performed are recorded together with the process and test data.

· SPC is centrally controlled and works in the background in real-time. The data is stored in the engineering database for further processing.

· Several 10000 charts can be quickly established and easily administered in a clear structure.

· For arbitrary time periods reports can be generated (daily, weekly, ...).

· Automated process and machine capability study.

With our software solution adaptive control loops as defined by Adaptive Process Control (APC) are possible. You might want to use APC to increase maintenance intervals for manufacturing tools, for example. Are you interested? We are looking forward to consulting you.
