Great Question and Observation! The entrepreneur is a self motivator, can function without guidance and usually can visualize what is needed to be done in a heartbeat. The business manager is a hired and trained person that typically would be lost in the world of the entrepreneur. 95% percent of our countries wealth is controlled by 5% of the people for this very reason. Our society is raised with the cancer called a job. We are told that you go to school, college included then you get a job. This is the nonsense that has so many people in debt and controlled by the credit card companies. Entrepreneurs know their time is more valuable than any hourly wage or salary a employer pays. They are not afraid to jump out of the boat (the comfort zone) and take a chance! My bio will explain my background if you are interested, thanks and once again a great question!

Sincerely, Val

What are Formal requirements of sales manager?

In the US and most everywhere else, there are no formal educational or business experience required to obtain the position of a sales manager. Normally the smaller the business, the more flexibility is available in taking on or appointing an individual to the position of sales manager. In larger companies, this is usually not the case. When there is an opening for a sales manager position in a large firm, the human resources department is given certain educational and background work experience required when they recruit for such a position. With that said, there are even in large organizations opportunities within a company to staff that position with an internal candidate. Taking into consideration a large company, usually some type of business related college degree is required. Degrees and advanced degrees in business administration, finance or communications are typical educational requirements. These are flexible however, depending upon the company involved.

How much does a ups ft manager make?

The salary of a UPS manager consists of 3 elements: base salary, holiday bonus and manager's incentive. A newly promoted UPS manager will earn approximately $6500 to $7000 a month. The holiday bonus is a 1/2 month (between $3250 and $3500) But the real pay escalator is the manager's incentive. Each year, the company takes 15% of pre-tax profit and divides it among all the "partners" in the business. Last year, the incentive for managers was 4.8 times the monthly salary, so that worked out to be a $31,200 bonus! This is an example using a newly promoted manager. Typical UPS managers have been managers for many years, with annual pay increases in the 3-5% range. Do the math...but on the low end, a UPS manager is knocking down close to $115,000.

What are the various window managers provided by Linux?

A lot! At the time of this writing, there are at least 76 window managers made for X11, which is the video display server used in Linux today. In case you did not know, a "window manager" controls the placement, sizing and interaction of application windows. Typically, a window manager is what we see as the close, maximize and minimize buttons above each program. There's the typical window managers that "stack" the windows on top of each other, including the window manager in Gnome, KDE, MeeGo, etc., as well as the independent (not part of a desktop) Fluxbox, Blackbox, IceWM, Openbox, FVWM, etc... Then there are "tiling" window managers such as Ion, awesome, Ratpoison, etc. KDE's window manager supports tiling. Some window managers are minimal, some purely experimental, some robust, some pretty.

Where would you typically find a virtual manager?

Most virtual managers are on Freelancing websites(Fiverr, Upwork, People Per Hour, Toptal), but I think you should first check out Fiverr freelancers. They have all kinds of people, from limited budget to pro budget. It's hard to find the best manager because there is immense competition between freelancers, and it's hard to waste time finding the person that fits your requirement. So Fiverr did a great job making Pro sellers who are highly qualified and gave the premium service. Pros(sellers) can help you grow your online business and presence. Discuss your business with them and develop a solution to your problem.
