Does the logistics section manage the resources in the staging area?

Negative, The Staging Area falls under ther Operations Section. The Staging Area Manager manages everything within the Staging Area. Logistic section keep track of all resources tied to the incident, what is needed, what is on order and what is incoming. Resources in the Staging Area are ready to be deployed at a moments notice.
