Automated Bureaucracy is a new organizational structure that is presented in the book Automated Organizations by Nelio Oliveira as a suplement for Mintzberg's taxonomy. As a matter of fact, the Automated Bureaucracy would be the sixth configuration in addition to the five proposed by Mintzberg.
