Managers usually have difficulty in delegating because of the management style that they adopt. They can overcome this by adopting a democratic style of management.
There are many reasons why manager reluctant to delegate. Some of the reasons are:Fear of losing control - Some managers think that by delegating they will lose control. This is usually the sign of weak managers who think that delegating will lessen their authority. Proper delegation should not cause any fear as it is always controlled and monitored.Immaturity - Some managers love to delegate, but just not to you. Meaning that they think that you're immature, and you still have a lot to learn in order to do their job.Not enough work - The manager simply doesn't have enough work to delegate.Critical tasks - Some tasks are very critical and the manager cannot trust anyone else to do this job.
the difference is like this think of middle as your the middle child and operational as the oldest thats basically how it goes and the operational is bigger

Answer I think it can but every situation is different as are the two people involved. If the love is very strong the chances of overcoming difficulty are much greater. Keeping a positive attitude and wanting to share your life with the one you love is also very important especially in the most difficult times.

Like all of us, managers want to be liked. Often, their reluctance is thre-fold. First, they fear that in delegating something, the person will dislike them and not get do the work and/or not invite them to be "friends." Usually this happens when a manager is promoted from within the ranks, and is no longer a part of the "group." Second, many managers (especially the so-called "A" types of workers) think they can do it best. They don't have faith in their people, so they do it themselves. Last, almost as many managers as the "I can do it best" are those who don't realize that part of their job description IS to delegate. They've been doing so much for so long that they don't know that it's okay to delegate; indeed, it's expected that they do so.
No, many managers improve performance by rewarding their employees. They offer them incentives to help them meet their quotas when they work.
I think they do more than rule their staff for the growth of an organisation they motivate them.As we know that managers are divided into three stages top managers, middle managers and lower managers. The top gives instructions to the middle managers and the middle managers gives those instructions into the lower managers (supervisors/workers).So the lower managers do not just rule, but do all the work and find ways to meet organisational goals.
