and try to sound as french as possible when saying it, cause if you don't, it will sound like "saloot, beanvenoo oh Texas", which will have hilarious/embarrassing consequences. Though you might want to make them laugh, who knows!
just don't pronounce the "t" in "salut" and and treat the "bienvenue" as if you were saying the two English words "bee-avenue", cause the "n" in "bienvenue" is almost silent.
