If it's a female doctor and a lawyer husband, the form of address would be:

Dr. and Mr. John Doe

If they're both doctors, the form of address would be:

Dr's Mary and George Doe.

You can address your letter in two ways: Drs. Paul & Marion Jones or Dr. Paul Jones & Dr. Marion Jones. I feel the first one is more acceptable and I do this myself.
