It's pretty sad that people can judge or make cruel comments on things like a voice.
I suggest that you either ignore it, or you can just laugh it off and say some joke or something so it seems like it doesn't bother you. this will hopefully make you seem more confident in yourself and people won't be so rude

You can do more than you might think; at least start with an evaluation with a speech pathologist. You won't be any worse off learning where you stand.
