How do you contact Jeff Bezos regarding Amazons customer service or lack of?

Most corporate companies use a standard selection technique to assign email addresses. However Amazon does not use the same practice. That said, there is 'some' regularity to the email addresses. More importantly...they have registered almost every rendition of Jeff Bezos @Amazon.com possible. The issue is that they don't go to HIM, they go to a staff that filters them out by appropriate departments to answer on his behalf and tell you that they are also sending the information TO him (uhhh, sure they are).

But for what it's worth, here ya go.

Having a spouse employed with Amazon, here is their primary email form.

Lastname@amazon.com

Lastname+1st letter of first name@amazon.com (DO NOT INCLUDE THE +)

Lastname+1stTwo letters of first name@amazon.com (in case of common name pattern this continues up through the use of the full last+first name.)

Firstname@amazon.com

Firstname+1st letter of last name@amazon.com

Firstname+1st two letters of first name@amazon.com (and so on, until they have a unique selection)

I'm quite certain if you went on down the line you would find others for him that work as well. So my best advice?? EMAIL THEM ALL! Odds are someone will answer eventually. But if it were me...I'd just fax their legal department at their corporate Headquarters (1200 12th Ave, Seattle) and put it attn: Jeff Bezos. You chances are just as good that someone will answer or ignore you.
