A.I.D.A stands for - Attention - Interest - Desire - Action

Let's look at 4 main components one by one:

Components #1: Attention

This is the critical psychological element of exerting influence for the sole purpose of gaining the attention of your audiences. This element of an advertising copy is necessary to grab attention of your prospects.
This is done with your headline and lead. If your ad fails to capture your prospect?s attention, it fails completely.
It is your headline that plays a great role in getting your readers attention.

Components #2 : Interest

Once you attract your prospects attention, you need to build a strong interest. By creating curiosity you will be able to make your prospects push them know more.

This comes right after the headline and serves as a ?hook? that will encourage your prospect to read further.

Components #3 : Desire

Now, you have got you prospects attention and hooked them.

Next, you need to create a desire.

Tell the prospects how exactly they would benefit from using your products or services.

You should exactly show them how much your product or service is powerful to change their life.

Tell them clearly why they may want what you are offering them.

Components #4 : Action

You have gotten their attention, hooked their interest, and created a desire.

Now, you need to ask for an action.

Use words like 'Call Today', 'Call Now!' 'E-mail us today', and so on.

Make it as easy as possible for prospects to take action, because most people are lazy.

This section is where you show your prospects clearly how to take action.
