Doesn't mean anything... it's just a single domino in red, white, and blue - the colors of the American flag. The co-founders of Domino's Pizza originally bought a single pizzeria called DomiNick's, and the original owner forbade them from using the name on two other pizzerias they had bought when they began to expand... Domino's was the suggestion of an employee as an alternative to the DomiNick's name which they were barred from using.

The only symbolism in the logo is the three dots, which represents the three stores they owned when they incorporated as Domino's Pizza, Inc. in 1965.
