The great physicist Albert Einstein once said, 'The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.'
Recurring
It is a repeating decimal.
Not formally. It can be a verb (to do again) or a noun (a repetition, a rerun). However, it does seem more than a noun adjunct in the term repeat (repeated) performance.
If you repeat the pattern, adding one more zero every time, then no. To qualify as a "repeating decimal", the same digits have to repeat over and over.
No, "mistake" is not a compound word. It is derived from the Old Norse word "mistaka," which means "to take in error." A compound word is formed by combining two or more independent words, such as "toothbrush" or "basketball." In contrast, "mistake" does not consist of two standalone words.
His insanity was to be blamed for the sacrilege he committed.Having more than one wife is bigamy; having more than one husband is pure insanity.
Please forgive me. I assure you that I will not repeat such an error. This is my first in the 7 years I have been working with you. I will be more careful from now onwards. Sincerely
Insanity is an example of a full body workout that doesn't use weights. You can learn more about Insanity at the Insanity sub-category of the Beach Body website.

Both T25 and Insanity are high-intensity workout programs, but Insanity is generally considered more challenging. Insanity features longer workouts and requires more endurance, focusing on maximum effort with minimal rest. T25, while still intense, is designed to be more accessible with shorter, 25-minute workouts. Ultimately, the difficulty can vary based on individual fitness levels and preferences.
They are not the sane level as much as they completely focus on. Believe me, after doing Insanity, the p90X workout will seem easy. As for the push-ups they are difficult in Insanity because they are part of the intense cardio. Things aren't done in sets as in P90X; everything comes much more rapidly during Insanity. There are not really more push-ups but imagine doing push-ups as part of the routine in P90X. And P90X is the reason I was able to do Insanity at all! I recommend doing the Insanity workout at least once, even if just to say you did it.

Not always, in fact it fails more often than it succeeds.

Yes!
Can you repeat it one more time? Sara had to repeat the directions five or six times.
