I believe Christ Jesus only disciples are the only one every seem Christ, but The Bible stated no man every seem GOD and not Jesus. Please review whether this explanation is correct.
Another Answer:
Yes, but He didn't have the Father-Son relationship in the Old Testament or the name Jesus, the Messiah. He was the Word or Logos of God and the only member of the God Family that physically interacted with mankind - from Adam onwards.
John 1:1-6New King James Version (NKJV) The Eternal Word1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.In the above, He was with all the Patriarchs. Below He is with Moses and the Exodus. And there are other examples.
1 Corinthians 10:4New King James Version (NKJV)4 and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ.
The Bible is divided into two parts, the old testament and the new testament. The old testament is before Jesus Christ, the new testament is after Jesus was born.Additional Comment:The ENTIRE Bible is the Word of God which we are told to live by. The God of the OT was the Word or Spokesman of God who would take on the relationship of Son in the NT and be called Jesus Christ. He is the only God Family member mankind has been dealing with as no one has seen the Father but Jesus came to teach us of His/Our Father in Heaven. At the end of Revelations, God the Father descends and makes His tabernacle with Man (now changed into spirit-born sons & daughtes of God) on Earth forever and ever.
Christianity is founded in Judaism, for which the Old Testament is sacred. Not to believe the Old Testament is seen by some as tantamount to not believing Christianity. The Christian God is the God of the Old Testament. The gospels, particularly Matthew's Gospel, tell of several supposed prophecies that were said to be fulfilled in Jesus. Evidence for Jesus could be undermined by disbelief in the Old Testament, and even the gospels would be questioned.Much of Christian doctrine has been developed around the Old Testament. Even if just the story of Adam and Eve were questioned, the important doctrine of original sin would be unsupportable.
Nathaniel in the New Testament was a good friend of the Apostle Philip's and became one of Jesus' Apostles later on. He is only seen with the name Nathaniel in the Gospel of John but in the Gospels of Matthew Mark and Luke, he is mentioned under the name of Bartholomew. He witnessed the majority of Jesus' ministry along with his death and resurrection. Afterwards, it is thought that he was a missionary to India, and was eventually flayed and crucified for his testimony the Jesus' life and teachings.
This topic is debated among Christian theologians. In Christianity there is what is called the Trinity. There is only one God but there are three distinct aspects or parts. See Trinity for a full explanation God the Father is always referenced as spirit. The Holy Spirit is always referenced as a spirit. Jesus is the only part of the Godhead that is ever referenced as spirit and physical or human. There are physical aspects attributed to God the Father in describing His attributes but all are figurative. The earliest reference to seeing God occurs in Genesis where Adam and Eve walked with God in the Garden of Eden. According to the old testament, no one has seen God the Father. Yet there are more than one reference to God being seen. Christians conclude that this was Jesus, preincarnate walking with Adam and Eve in the Garden. Christians conclude that because the bible clearly states that no one has seen God that it is logical to conclude that any "sighting of God" in the bible is actually of Jesus.
after Jesus had seen Peter and his brother at the fish
The obvious answer would be the Old Testament, however, the New Testament confirms to the reader that Jesus always was and created all things seen and unseen as the Father wished (see John 1:1-4).
no
I believe there is no one who has ever seen an angel
No. As with all humans, when Jesus died he would not have been seen again.
No.
No. They are not real.
He did not have the name Jesus then. He was called the Word or the Rock, in addition to most all the other names used speaking of God or His attributes. God, or the Word, was seen by Adam and Eve as no one has ever seen the Father. Many believe He appeared to Abraham as Melchizedek and the Apostle Paul speaks to this in the Book of Hebrews. It is also believed He appeared to Abram with two angels and stopped and refreshed themselves before continuing on to destroy the city.
I have read the entire New Testament several times through and I have never seen anything about Jesus eating pork.
Not that anyone knows and has proven.
In the Old Testament, sin is often seen as breaking God's laws and bringing punishment. In the New Testament, sin is viewed as a separation from God and the need for redemption through Jesus Christ.
In the Old Testament, appearances of Jesus are believed to be seen in various forms such as the Angel of the Lord, the mysterious figure who interacts with people like Abraham and Moses. Additionally, some scholars interpret certain passages as foreshadowing the coming of Jesus, such as prophecies in the book of Isaiah.
