BRA MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS
Try measuring in front of a mirror or with help from someone. Measure once with your bra on and once without and use the average. Most women that go to get fitted are wearing an ill-fitting bra which compresses their bust and increases their high bust. So these skewed measurements are used to find a new bra which still does not fit.
AREAS TO MEASURE:
Full Bust - measure around the fullest part of your bust over the bust points (nipples) without pulling the tape too tight.
High Bust - measure above your breasts at the underarm level.
Ribcage - measure directly under the breasts and pull the tape snug.
DETERMINING YOUR SIZE:
Band Size: subtract two inches from your high bust, or take your ribcage and add two. Round to the nearest even size like 38 or 40.
Cup Size: subtract your band size from your full bust. Every inch equals one cup; 0 = AA, 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D, 5 = DD/E, 6 = DDD/F, 7 = G, 8 = H, 9 = I, 10 = J, 11 = K, L = 12, M = 13, N = 14, O = 15, etc.

You can go to Victoria Secret and they measure you...
To measure for a teen bra, there are only a few steps to follow. First, measure the underside of the breast by going around the back and across the rib cage. Next, note the measurements on a piece of paper. Finally, add five inches to the measurement!
This will depend on many factors, but if you can measure the band, that would be your number. If you can fit the bra band on someone or something and stuff the cups to be full, you can measure the center of the cup. Subtract the band measurement from the cup measurement. For every inch you add a cup size. 1"=A, 2"=B, 3"=C, etc. Of course this is assuming the bra is new and is not stretched out of shape. If your trying to find out a persons bra size I recommend they get a custom fitting (not a department store fitting) to find the correct size.
The most common way to measuring for a correct bra size, is first measure the length across the rib cage directly below the bust. When measure directly across the center of the bust. the difference between the two indicates the cup size.
A flexible tape measure will be steatched across your bust line to determine your size. get your breasts measured either before you got to buy a bra or at the shop were you buy one
Someone can only tell you your bra size if you get someone in a bra fitting store to measure your breasts with your bra on.
To measure for a bra loosely wrap the measuring tape around your chest at nipple level.
You should go to a store that does bra fittings to ensure that you get the proper size. Stores like Victoria Secret offer sizings for free. Otherwise, you would have to measure your chest and cup size yourself, and most people get it wrong!
The best thing is to ask the ladies at the store. They can measure your chest and they are also very good at seeing what cupsize you are. That is something you have to test to find out, not measure. The majority of all women have the wrong size bra so do yourself a favor and get it right from the beginning.
you can get a bra measure from primark
You could measure it. if there are tags on the bra that tell you, then look for it.
Get yourself fitted.
push up bra
Measure her.
being an age does not define your bra size if you are flat chested you really only need a training bra if you are growing and you feel them bouncing or your nippies are showing with a white or any other shirt then measure yourself and go try some on at target/kohls in the kid section make sure to try them on!
They measure u with just ur bra on and sometimes they may tell u to take ur bra off to get a proper measurement
I think the best way is to use a measuring tape at home and measure yourself or have a girlfriend help you so when you go to the store u won't have to go through all the hassle in trying all types of bra in the fitting room..
