To answer this question correctly, we'd needa lot more information than simply your age. However, I don't believe the internet is the best place to put said information. (unless you're absolutely comfortable giving it away on the web) To answer your question we'd need the following information: Age, height, your weight as well as the "size of your frame". By that, I'm intending to point out that there is no true ideal weight because different people have different bodies, thickness of the bones, frame, etc.

Instead of giving this information here, on this thread, why don't you do it yourself on the following site. Be sure to read everything carefully as you're surely to learn something new. http:/www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.html Other answer:That's very hard to say. At that age, your body is still growing, but around the age of 18, you're body will be fully grown, and then you can check your BMI which should be between 18.5 and 25.

Here's a site where you can calculate it

HOWEVER the numbers are not representative if you're not an adult, they can only give a little bit of direction at your age. So if your BMI is now 18 or 27, don't panic yet, your body will form how it should be when you're fully grown up. Just keep eating healthy, exercise a bit and don't eat too much fatty food. And certainly don't diet a such an age without medical consultation!
