  • It really depends upon how tall you are, are you fully grown, how muscular are you, are you male or female, and what body type/shape you have, etc. However, you can calculate your BMI # it can tell if your over or underweight. (Please note that it does not take into account muscle and bone density.) Also BMI is harder with children then adults. If you are really concerned about your weight, maybe you should go and talk to your doctor. If you are overweight or underweight he or she can help or explain to you how to lose or gain weight in a healthy way. If you are healthy your doctor can explain to you why you may be chubbier or skinnier than your friends.
  • I am 13 years old and have quite a slow fat burning rate. I am about 9 stone (126 pounds) and I am 5 foot 2. I am overweight. It all depends on your height , muscle and bone structure.
  • I am 14 and I am 5 foot 5 and weigh 140 pounds.
  • I am 14, just under 5 foot 7 and weigh about 115. I'm a little underweight according to BMI.
  • Im 14, 5' 3" and I weigh 95 pounds.
