Yes! As a matter of fact it is. That is what the word means. It is actually a collection of 66 books written by over 30 different authors from various social strata and ages in three languages from three different continents. It took over 1500 years for these specific books to be written and compiled. Therefore when one accuses using The Bible to interpret that Bible as being circular they are illogical and incorrect. If when writing a Thesis I draw from 60 or more other books, I am called a scholar. So why when it is the Bible am I accused (as if History, documentary evidence and archaeological confirmations aren't also valid evidence).
The miraculaous and inhuman element is revealed when we realize that when these very different authors from very different worlds and times are brought together, there is an uncanny unity of theme and purpose pointing to the redemption of mankind from the beginning (Genesis 3:15) until the cross. Then after this the thematic attention either points backward or forwward to the culmination of this divine purpose which the fulfillment of prophecy continuously unfolds.
So yes, the Bible is a most important library...,
in addition...
That is a great answer.
The first five books of the Bible are considered the law. They are Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, & Deuteronomy.
Although "books" are mentioned numerous times, there is no "library" mentioned in the Bible. According to the Amplified Bible (Zondervan), Kiriath-sepher in Judges 1:11, is called the city of books and scribes. See also Ecclesiastes 12:12 and John 21:25. However, sometimes the Bible is referred to as a library of 66 books. The books are often divided into chapters, which contain verses. This feature was added afterward to make it easier to locate portions of the Scriptures.
I have never heard anyone call it that, but I suppose you could, since it's a collection of 66 books by 40+ writers written over many centuries. And yet all the books fit perfectly together, complementing each other, thus making the bible a book as well as a mini-library of sixty six books.

The Bible is not just one book, but a whole collection of books compiled into one volume, hence the idea of a 'library'. There are 39 books in the Old Testament, and 27 books in the New Testament. Some books are incredibly long (eg the Book of Isaiah has 66 chapters) whilst other 'books' are very short (eg one of the letters of John is just a few lines).
