In Positive logic, we all assume that the more positive (binary) voltage state is One, the less positive voltage state is Zero.
Both voltage states could be positive, both could be negative, or they could be opposite polarities.

In a DC circuit it is positive. In a 220v ac circuit it's one of the two positive (hot) lines.

It means that an electronic circuit is designed in such a way that a 1 is represented by a HIGH voltage, and a 0 is represented by a LOW voltage. Also known as active-high. If it's the other way round, it's called active-low, or negative logic.
A dedicated logic circuit is generally used to perform one task. Not usually programmable. Say for example a lift (elevator) control; where inputs are received from the lift position, door position, floor etc and logic outputs to motors etc from the logic performed.
A logic gate is an elementary building block of a digital circuit. Most logic gateshave two inputs and one output. ... The following illustration and table show the circuit symbol and logic combinations for an AND gate. (In the symbol, the input terminals are at left and the output terminal is at right.)
combinational circuit and sequential circuit
both combinational and sequential circuits have two inputs and outputs..!
Because not all the logic gate have what the circuit needs to complete the operation
In a DC circuit it is positive. In a 220v ac circuit it's one of the two positive (hot) lines.
One A2:In positive logic (most logics), a High, that is, a positive voltage over about 3.5 volts, is considered a "one".
A switch is a means of making (on) or breaking (off) an electrical circuit.
