There is absolutely no evidence, Biblical or historical, to suggest that Judas Iscariot was even remotely related to Jesus.
Jesus came from Galilee, a region in the north of the country; Judas came from Iscaria (hence his name) in the south. In those times travel was far less common than it is today; people tended to live, have families, and die in the same region, and hence there would have been little if any contact between Judas and Jesus until he became a disciple.
