These are three symbolic sets of seven prophecies found in the book of Revelation. They all overlap and lead in to one another as a chronological progression of end time global events unfold, culminating with the return of Jesus Christ to earth with the Kingdom of God.
The seven seals are the major global events for which God's servants are to watch. Their mysterious symbols, which hide the meaning of the events, Jesus Christ interprets in Matthew 24... speaking plainly to His disciples privately on the Mount of Olives. Jesus strips away six out of seven of their mysteries in the 6th chapter of Revelation, opening up the end time events for His servants to watch for and know to expect.
The seventh seal is the "Day of the Lord"... the prophesied time of Jesus actual return. This seal is opened in Revelation 8. It's composition is "seven trumpets" [verse 2].
The seven seals exist in overlapping stages of global events. The first four are the "four horsemen of the Apocalypse [Revelation]." These are revealed to be the ongoing state of affairs on earth -- false religion, war, famine pestilence, disease. They are to build, increase and intensify with the increase in man's technology and global travel capabilities [...many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased... - Dan.12:4].
They are described by Jesus in Matthew 24:4-8.
The fifth seal is the Great Tribulation... described by Jesus in Matthew 24:9-29.
The sixth seal is the "heavenly signs" [global darkening of the sun and moon, meteor and asteroid showers, earthquakes, etc] that shall cut short the Tribulation to prevent all life on earth from coming to an end [Matt.24:22 & 29].
These seven trumpets are revealed to be "plagues" -- Rev.9:20. Jesus is prophesied to return at "THE LAST TRUMP."
The "last trump" is sounded at the end of the Two Witnesses' testimony, which takes place during the Great Tribulation, summarized in Revelation 11. After the last Trumpet sounds -- JESUS GATHERS HIS ELECT, as prophesied. The "dead in Christ" rise first to meet Him in the clouds [of whom are now the dead Two Witnesses].
"...the Spirit of Life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet... and they ascended up to heaven in a cloud..." (Rev.11:11-12).
"...the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, THE KINGDOMS OF THIS WORLD ARE BECOME THE KINGDOMS OF OUR LORD, AND OF HIS CHRIST; and He shall reign for ever and ever." (verse 15)
Following the last trumpet and the gathering of God's saints into the clouds above the earth with Christ... the last seven "vial plagues" of God's wrath -- Rev.16 -- [the "fury of the Lord poured out"] are poured out on the remnant of the nations on earth before Jesus completes His descent upon the earth with His saints and His angelic army to destroy man's war-making capabilities at Armageddon... and smash all of man's governments, to take over the rule of the nations on earth for a thousand years.
The seven seals, trumpets and vials of Revelation are the revealed global events the nations of the earth can expect to happen as the prophesied time of Jesus Christ's return draws nearer.
There are no 'stories' in the Book of Revelations, only the final timeline of things yet to occur. Revelations speaks of the 7 Seals, 7 Trumpets which include the last 3 Woes, and the Great Day of the Lord which has 7 Vials. Then the end of the 'Reign of Man' and the Millennial Reign of Jesus Christ and His 1st fruits. It concludes with the Great White Throne Judgement process and finally the 3rd Resurrection of the Damed into the Lake of Fire. After all this and the purging of the Earth by the Lake of Fire, God the Father will establish His tabernacle among His spiritual sons & daughters for eternity and beyond.
Answer:The seven seals are found in Revelation chapter 6. They completely seal the scroll of end time prophecies that culminate with the return of Jesus Christ to the earth. They each symbolize the major global end time events that tell God's elect how close His return is.The first four seals are four different colored horses with riders (the famous four horsemen of the Apocalypse), which Jesus reveals are: war, famine, pestilence, diseases and earthquakes... the main staple of man's existence on the earth from the beginning. These things will increase in intensity and severity over time, as wars grow more deadly, which results in the increase and severity of the other plagues of the horsemen. The fifth seal is revealed by Jesus in the 24th chapter of Matthew, verses 9-28, as a time of historically unprecedented Great Tribulation around the world in which His church is persecuted and pursued by Satan and the nations who hate and wish to kill His people. Some are arrested and killed for the mere utterance of His name, while others are protected by the earth. The sixth seal is a time of "heavenly signs"... the darkening of the sun and the moon, earthquakes, meteor and asteroid showers, mountains and islands in the sea shifting. It will cause men to halt their frenzied persecutions and pogroms against God's elect, and to look up at the darkness and ponder what's coming. The seventh seal is composed of "two sets of sevens." The first set is "seven trumpets" given to seven angels of God to sound, which results in the first seven plagues of God to be unleashed, marking it as the prophesied "Day of the Lord" when Jesus returns to earth with the Kingdom of God.He returns "at the last trump"... at the sounding of the last trumpet blast. (Rev.11)With the blast of the seventh trumpet, Jesus appears in the dark clouds above the earth - the brilliance of the sun and fire circumference the earth as He sends His angels to gather His elect as they go. (Matt.24:30-31)But, before He completes His descent upon the Mount of Olives with all of His resurrected and gathered saints and His army of angels... the second and last set of seven "vials of God's wrath" is poured out on the earth by seven angels. (Rev.16)Satan causes the armies of the nations of the world to gather at Armageddon to stage all of their military might there... and try to defeat the "alien invaders" descending upon the earth. Jesus descends upon the earth, destroys all of man's military capability and his governments... and establishes the Kingdom of God on the earth. These are the seven seals in the Bible.
To ensure that each vial has an equal volume, it's important to use a calibrated pipette or automatic dispenser to measure the liquid accurately. Regularly check the calibration of the measuring equipment and perform consistency tests with a sample of vials. Additionally, filling the vials in a controlled environment where factors like temperature and pressure are monitored can help maintain uniformity. Finally, visually inspect the vials after filling to confirm that they appear level and consistent.
The volume of blood in a vial can vary, but a standard blood collection vial typically holds about 5 to 10 milliliters. Therefore, 42 vials of blood would equal approximately 210 to 420 milliliters. This amount is roughly equivalent to 0.2 to 0.4 liters of blood.
The volume of blood required to fill one vial varies depending on the size of the vial. Standard blood collection vials, often used for laboratory tests, typically hold about 5 to 10 milliliters of blood. Therefore, it generally takes a small amount of blood, usually just a few milliliters, to fill a single vial.

God is Holy and often He is praised highly in the three fold form. Holiness is God's most salient attribute. Praise God for He is Holy!!Additionally:The number three in the Bible can sometimes be seen as symbolizing "perfection."In the book of Revelation, we see "three" sets of "sevens"... seven, symbolizing "completion" [as in the "seven-day" creation week: the creation of the ruined earth being completed in that time frame]. The three sets in Revelation are: the seven seals on the scroll, the seventh seal is composed of seven trumpets, and the seventh trumpet is composed of the seven vials... the last of God's wrath poured out on the earth, prior to His final descent upon it. With the entire scenario revealing the "perfect completion" of God's plan and the "new beginning" [Rev.21:5]. Eternity. In this same way, the triple use of "Holy" in praise of God symbolizes His "Perfect Holiness."
