In the King James version
Psa 25:15 Mine eyes are ever toward the LORD; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net.
a) God did not write the Psalms - it is believed that King David did.
b) I do not need to look where I am putting my feet, God will prevent me falling into any traps.
(This is not a literal comment, it is an allusion to the devil's traps and snares set out to trap the ungodly.... if I am always thinking of God (mine eyes are ever towards the Lord), then I will not fall victim to sin)
Praised Be to God
because he loved god

To imprecate means to invoke (a curse) against someone. A few of the Psalms do this, such as Psalm 109. The imprecatory Psalms are Psalms of prayer and entreaty, in which King David asks for God to intervene against his enemies.See also:More about the Psalms
