Isaiah reports that he would be very average to look at. The fact that none of the Gospel writers actually gave a physical description, would seem to agree. Most artistic representations tend to depict him a a very average appearance for his locality,and based on the Turin Shroud (which may or may not be genuine).

However, as His next appearance on earth is to be as the Glorious King, come to judge the world and claim His own, we should not concern ourselves with how he looked the last time..
Isaiah 53:2 (KJV) "For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when wee shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him."
