Where in the bible can you find a phrase saying that a steel will fly at the sky and will float on the sea?

Bear in mind that steel had not been invented when The Bible was written.

In the King James version, the only times the word - steel - appears are ....

* 2 Sam 22:35 He teacheth my hands to war; so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms. * Job 20:24 He shall flee from the iron weapon, and the bow of steel shall strike him through. * Psa 18:34 He teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms. * Jer 15:12 Shall iron break the northern iron and the steel?

Further, the only times the word - float - appears are...

* 1 Kin 5:9 My servants shall bring them down from Lebanon unto the sea: and I will convey them by sea in floats unto the place that thou shalt appoint me, and will cause them to be discharged there, and thou shalt receive them: and thou shalt accomplish my desire, in giving food for my household. * 2 Chr 2:16 And we will cut wood out of Lebanon, as much as thou shalt need: and we will bring it to thee in floats by sea to Joppa; and thou shalt carry it up to Jerusalem.

and, neither the word - at the sky - nor the words - in the sky - nor the words - in the skies - appear at all

the only verses to contain the words - the sky - are these...
