The Bible is the only place where we can find true hope. Jeremiah 29:11 says "'For I well know the thoughts that I am thinking toward you,' declares Jehovah, 'thoughts of peace, and not of calamity, to give you a future and a hope.

What hope is there on the Bible? The Bible teaches that soon God will end all suffering. Apocalipse 21:4 says "He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore."

God created us on Earth and wanted for us to enjoy life. His purpose has not changed, soon He will establish His Kingdom (or government) here on earth and fulfill His purpose. Jesus taught us to preach: "You must pray, then, this way: 'Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also on earth.'" (Matthew 6:9, 10)

What other blessings will God's Kingdom bring to mankind on Earth?

There will be homes and plenty of food for everyone. Isaiah 65:21 says: "They will build houses and live in them, And they will plant vineyards and eat their fruitage."

The dead will live again. John 5:28,29 "All those in the memorial tombs will . . . come out."

He will vanish sickness. Isaiah 33:24 "No resident will say: 'I am sick.'"

Does it sound to good to be true? No, the Bible says there is only one thing God cannot do and that is to lie. So we can fully trust and believe that He will fulfill His promises.

But why is humanity suffering right now and not really enjoying life? Or maybe you have other questions. You can contact the Jehovah's Witnesses in your area and they will gladly help you find the answers in your own Bible.
