Paul did not actually write The Bible.

As well as the main gospel accounts, the New Testament also includes an assortment of letters that Paul had written to the churches in the area.

These were included when the list of books deemed to be scriptural were decided early on in the Church's history. This is because they were already circulating across the churches of the Empire and were highly regarded as Spirit-filled letters of orthodox Christian theology, wisdom, teaching and comfort.
