Any cures for type 1 diabetes?

There is a clinical trial for a cure for type one Diabetes. They take islet cells from a donor and put them in your liver. there are several different versions of this study being done in several different hospitals in the US and Canada.

There is no cure only treatment. Treatment is to poke your finger with a small needle put the blood in a strip that collects the blood and a meter reads the blood sugar. Then you insert the right amount of insulin into your body either through shots or a pod (mechanical device that delivers insulin like an organ in your body but is stuck on your skin.) a person with diabetes typically goes through 4 shots a day average. Ive taken over 1,500 shots and have diabetes.

You should be concerned. If you don't change your diet your future will not be bright.

You just have to change your diet and it's not as hard as you think.

You need to adopt a low carbohydrate /ketogenic diet. I was in the same boat

as you 18 months ago, so I know it can be done. Today my blood sugar is normal
