Dr. Mary Smith and Mr. James Doe
When addressing an envelope to the wife of a doctor who is not a doctor herself then and he is Dr. John Doe, then address the envelope to her as Mrs. John Doe or Ms. (Mrs.) Jane Doe.
Dear Mr. (name) and Mrs (name)
How about Mr. and Mrs.
Pastors George and Martha Maloney
That would be: "Dr. John and Mrs. Jane Whomsoever".
Dr.wife and Mr.husband yeh I'm 13 and I'm smarter than a {insert age here} year old i'd LOL if you were 10
When addressing a business envelope where the husband is Mr. and the wife is Dr., the proper way to format the names is to list the titles in alphabetical order. Therefore, you would address the envelope as "Dr. and Mr. [Last Name]." For example: "Dr. and Mr. Smith." This shows respect for both titles.
Doctor Smith and his wife Reverend Smith (assuming she is using his last name).
The envelope should read: Mr. John Doe & Dr. Jane Doe. If you don't know her first name then put: Mr. & Dr. John Doe.
Say there last name was "Smith" you would write Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
Mr. and Dr. Joseph Smith (indicates the wife is the doctor)
When addressing an envelope to a husband and wife it should be: Mr. & Mrs. John Doe. If either of the partners are a doctor, etc., then it would read Dr. & Mrs. John Doe or Pastor & Mrs. John Doe, etc.
