How do you convince your parents that you aren't sick?

If you're not sick, just tell your parents the truth like a grown-up. Show them you're fine by going about your day as usual. And if they still don't believe you, maybe it's time to invest in a thermometer and a doctor's visit to shut them up.

This temperature also lets the body know to make more virus-fighting substances, such as white blood cells.. This process uses a lot of energy. You will possibly break into cold sweats during this process, causing dehydration if you don't drink enough liquids. The process will also most likely cause a runny nose.

If you somehow raise your body temperature without being sick, you are going to waste a lot of energy for no reason.

You need a cup,hot water, paper towel ,flowers and thermometer. First, you wrap your paper towel around your cup and you put the hot water in the cup then you put the thermometer in the hot water( it should not show because of the paper towel). last you put the flowers in the hot water with the theremometer. To trick them follow my step and then after it beeps put in your mouth and say you have a fever.
