I think you mean a Hypertrophic Reaction, this is a bump or bubble that appears beside the entry or exit point of the piercing. This is a reaction to an irritant generally due to misuse of after care products, Skin Care lotions, hair conditioner and generally anything your body doesn't like. To get rid or the bump you first need to realize that you are causing the issue by over using or misusing aftercare solutions or hair care products and allowing them to enter the actual piercing. Flushing the piercing while moving the jewellery under running water in the shower will over time rinse the irritant away and the body will start healing the piercing.
1920's is when American women started piercing their ears.
Ears really don't have dangerous veins. You should be fine piercing anywhere on your ears.
Nothing there is no such piercing.
no
Mine didn't. But I've seen others have a bump on their nose from the piercing. But of course I always do my own piercings.
Ears

like when they were born
Usually it depends on the piercing, but if its your ears you should be fine but just try not to touch it alot. If its not your ears you can shower but be careful not to get it caught on anything or move it alot.
Ever since they wanted to
