Oh my--ouch. These products are not intended to be used on sensitive skin or sensitive lady parts!

One of the best things you can do is run a bathtub of tepid water-- not hot, just kinda lukewarm. Do NOT use bubble bath, bath additives, or ANY soap products. Just SIT in the tepid water for 15-20 minutes, 3 to 4 times a day. Open the labia and use one hand to splash water up onto the area. When done, PAT dry--do not rub. At night, leave off your underwear so the area gets air, which will help heal it. Leave your legs open (like guys do) or put a pillow between your knees to make sure the area is open to the air. If you don't do this, the usual body heat between your legs will make the irritation last longer. You can also put tepid water on a washcloth, fold it narrowly, open the labia, and lay the washcloth on it for 10-15 minutes...then, more air.
