Well the best way ive ever heard of is the old fashion way my mother taught me. You first get a damp cloth and lightly pat it to grab any gravell or dirt. It might sting at first but its ok trust me. Second getsome peroxide and pour a little on it. Wait for it to finnish bubbling and pat it dry with you dramp cloth. Reapeat with the proxide and them but a bandage on it! :D hope i helped!

The length of time for an injury to heal depends on the health of the victim and the type of injury. In general, the injury can take months to heal.
The cause of the runners knee is by not stretching or exercising properly. Not doing the warmups. Not allowing your legs to heal from a good run or a jog.
It simply means you either scratched your arm or bumped against something that scratched you. Wash it with warm water, dry it, and apply a first aid ointment and it will heal fast.

Yes, resting your scabbed knee can help it heal quicker. Resting reduces stress and strain on the injury, allowing your body to focus on the healing process. Additionally, keeping the knee clean and protected while minimizing movement can prevent further irritation or injury, promoting faster recovery.
This could be caused by loose cartilage or other such particles that are being aggravated by the movement of your knee.
