How to Make an Energy Ball:
Rub your hands together really fast until you feel like something is between your hands. Then slowly move your hands apart, concentrating on the space between your hands. After you move your hands about 4 inches apart, push them back in--slowly (to make sure you have the energy ball). You should feel a resistance, like when you put the +ly charged (or -ly charged) sides of two magnets together and they resist each other. You can then slowly stretch the ball by pulling your hands apart, then pushing them back in about half of the distance that you pulled them apart. If another person does it too, you can put your energies together by one person turning their hands vertically and putting them in the same space. You can feel that persons energy - it can be cold or hot!! If you feel like you're losing it, push your hands back in. It's really cool!!
