A 14 year old girl should get ad least an 8 hour sleep. If you sleep to little you can get very unhealthy and be kinda grouchy. If you get to much sleep then theres a possibility you can dose off and go into a coma.

Keep that 8 hours. Or you can go for 8 hours and 30 minutes. :)
