FIRST OF ALL, you shouldn't worry about how much you weigh! Everyone is different so there is NO normal weight. Our bones are different, but if you really want to know you should weigh a target of 120. if you weigh 103-119 then you are below weight. Anything higher (if you are 5 feet) then you are overweight. DON"T WORRY ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU WEIGH!! IT DOESN'T MATTER. OUR BONES ARE DIFFERENT WEIGHT AND SIZE. Have any other questions email me at nannie_me@aol.com
