In ultrasound imaging, 28 Hz refers to the frequency of the sound waves used during the procedure. Frequencies in this range are typically associated with lower-resolution imaging, which can penetrate deeper into tissues but may not provide fine detail. Higher frequencies are generally used for superficial structures, while lower frequencies like 28 Hz are beneficial for assessing deeper organs or tissues, such as in abdominal or pelvic scans. Thus, 28 Hz indicates a balance between depth of penetration and image clarity.

I suggest you ask the person who did the ultrasound as I have never heard this.
Ultrasound simply means that the sound is too high-pitched for the human ear to pick it up.
It means that the ultrasound has found an area of abnormality that will need to be further diagnosed. Possibly with a biopsy. It does not mean that there is cancer, but it could mean that there is a mass or tumor present.
