If your toddler hits there head really hard on metal they might black out and they might have severe brain damage and you must rush them to the hospital right away. But if your child is not blacked uot you might want to keep them in bed for a day with an ice pack on her head and try not to feed her crunchy things feed them things like apple sause or an orange and anything else that is not crunchy becuase crunchy food will hert there head when they chew on it.
It is not recommended to let a toddler wear any sort of metal bracelet, unless it is for medical purposes. Try a softer woven bracelet.

struts and shocks could be bad go to a mechanic and have them checked
The metal to metal sounds when going over bumps could be due to worn out suspension components such as struts or control arms. Inspect these components for any signs of wear or damage and replace as necessary to eliminate the noise and ensure safe driving. If you are not comfortable doing this yourself, seek the help of a qualified mechanic.
Not really. Copper IS a metal, not a property of metal.
